A. Yes. All PinkyGoat lashes are vegan, cruelty-free and made without animal by-products. We ensure ethical sourcing and production for a guilt-free glam look.

Q. How many times can I reuse PinkyGoat lashes?

A. With proper care (cleaning and storing in the original tray), most of our lashes can be reused up to 10-15 times. Reusable options depend on the style and condition of the lash band.

Q. How do I apply the lashes correctly?

1. Measure the strip against your lash line and trim if needed.
2. Apply thin layer of lash glue to the band (or use pre-glued version).
3. Wait 20–30 seconds for adhesive to become tacky.
4. Place lash strip as close to your natural lash line as possible and press gently.
5. Secure the ends and let dry — you’re ready to shine!

Q. Can I wear PinkyGoat lashes if I have sensitive eyes?

A. Absolutely. We offer hypo-allergenic lash bands and vegan glues designed for sensitive eyes. However, we always recommend a patch test if you have a history of reactions.

Q. What shipping options are available in the UAE?

A. We offer free shipping on orders above AED 100 within the UAE. For other orders we provide express and economy delivery options; shipping costs and delivery times apply at checkout.

Q. Do you ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and other GCC countries?

A. Yes. We ship to all GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE. Duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. For UAE orders, standard delivery typically takes 1-3 working days. For other GCC countries, delivery times range from 2-5 working days, depending on carrier and region.
